HPLC analysis was carried out using a Shimadzu HPLC system (Kyoto, Japan) composed of a DGU-20A5R degasser, an LC-16 quaternary gradient pump, an SIL-Semi-Board, Flex-Rigid PCB, Used in Medical Device, a CTO-10A column temperature oven, and an SPD-16UV detector. Discussion

Conclusion
